This section contains information you need prior to departing the UK for your season. If you cannot open any of the documents please contact us using the email addresses below and we will send you a copy.

Below is a link to the relevant information that you need to read prior to leaving the UK and take with you to resort. Please click on the link depending on which season you are working; World applies to Sri Lanka, Mauritius and Egypt only. For all other beach destinations please click on "summer". The documents contain essential information such as baggage allowance, passport requirements and what to expect when you arrive in resort.

Also listed below is useful information about each individual resort and relevant forms for you to complete and send back to us- it is essential that you return these forms as soon as possible. Your contract will be sent to you seperately in the post.  

1) When will I receive my travel details?
If you are starting at the beginning of the season these will be sent to you a few weeks prior to departure. If you are starting mid season, you will not receive them until the week before travel, as we try and send staff out on any available guest flights. Please note this is likely to be early morning from a London airport.

2) I am working as a Chef- can I take my own knives?
Knives are provided in resort however you may wish to take your own. However please ensure you check baggage regulations.

3) What do I need to take with me to my season?
This information is in the documents in the sections below- please read carefully!

4) Will I be charged to use my bank card to obtain my wages during my season?
You need to check with your bank however this is likely when using your card abroad. Nationwide Building Society are the only providers not to charge any fees for using your card abroad, so you may wish to open an account with them whilst you are working for us.
