Childcare Manager
Working as a Childcare Manager in resort, you will be fully responsible for 6 childcare clubs and a team of Head Nannies and Nannies. It is therefore integral that as Childcare Manager you are able to recognise different levels of ability and effectively motivate, manage and really bring the team together.
During the season you would be responsible for overseeing all areas of the childcare department. You will be responsible for the provision of safe entertainment and activities for children ranging in age from 4 months to 17 years.
This will range from ensuring that all policies and procedures are being correctly followed and carried out, including Health and Safety and Food and Hygiene. You will also have a good understanding of the importance of providing a constant high level of customer service throughout the season to all Mark Warner guests.
Other responsibilities will include planning weekly rotas, guest welcome speeches, activity planning, report writing, staff appraisals and of course taking full advantage of the fantastic Mark Warner benefits, which include:

As a Childcare Manager you will have an excellent understanding of the dynamics of childcare and possess plenty of senior level nursery knowledge. You must also have experience of all ages ranges and be able to display excellent organisational and staff management skills.
