Salon Manager
Our VIVA salons offer relaxation and indulgence to guests whilst they are on holiday in our Mediterranean beach resorts. We offer a range of treatments including:

- Elemis Body Therapy
- Chocolate Face and Body Treatments
- Sports Massage
- Hair Treatments
- Manicures and Pedicures
Reporting to the Hotel Manager, this position involves managing a small team off staff, taking responsibility for health and safety, salon up keep, Viva branding, financial and stock control and marketing the service within resort. You would also be accountable for a seasonal target. As a Head of Department you would also be involved in assisting with other areas within the hotel, attending regular staff meetings and generally ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable holiday.
Staff work as a team to achieve and end of season bonus as well as the ability to earn an individual commission on product sales. You will also receive an excellent package (as detailed on this website).
Requirements:
NVQ level 3 or equivalent and previous experience in a similar role. Additional qualifications in hairdressing, holistic therapy and/or beauty therapy would be advantageous as well as experience within the tourism industry.
