To work on our waterfront it takes outstanding Instructors qualified in windsurfing, sailing, water skiing, wake boarding or kite surfing. As a member of the waterfront team you will be working with the best crew and using the latest craft and equipment. If you have what it takes we offer sponsored RYA training courses at the UKSA and also BWSF instructors courses for you to further your qualifications as a part of our new Mark warner Performance Pathway, an on the job training that will lead you on to a successful watersports career.

Wages vary from £70 - £250 per week (plus seasonal package) dependant on qualifications, experience and position.

The Mark Warner Performance Pathway is a training scheme that offers ongoing training for all of our waterfront staff.
