To work on our waterfront it takes outstanding Instructors qualified in windsurfing, sailing, water skiing, wake boarding or kite surfing. As a member of the waterfront team you will be working with the best crew and using the latest craft and equipment. We offer on the job training that will lead you on to a successful watersports career.
Please note seasonal positions are now more limited than ever before and there is a very high level of competition for the roles available. We are looking for the best instructors in the industry who are committed to providing not only a high level of instruction on the waterfront but also the high standards of customer service our guests are expecting. If you are a Senior Instructor the best way in is to join the team as an Instructor and work your way up from season to season. For each Instructor role we are looking for experienced staff who ideally already hold their Senior Instructor qualifications and can teach more than one watersport.
