The Mark Warner Performance Pathway is a training scheme that offers ongoing training for all of our waterfront staff, both pre-season and in resort. The UK Sailing Academy in Cowes, IOW provides professional pre-season training for our staff which gives them the chance to gain further RYA qualifications.
We also offer valuable management training for our senior staff members. Training also involves customer service and health and safety awareness too.
Your ambitions are identified at the beginning of the season and are translated into targets which you work towards during the season in designated staff training sessions. Senior Staff encourage skills and development and implement further training, those of you with the right approach can go from instructor to waterfront manager level in just a few seasons.
