Hotel Manager
Managing a team of staff to effectively operate the hotel and maintain all Mark Warner standards, ensuring that the hotel meets health, hygiene and safety standards whilst achieving budget and maximising profitability.
We are looking for individuals with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service, strong leadership skills and commercial awareness. Extensive experience in hotel, leisure or service industry including a supervisory position is essential. Experience of living and working overseas is an advantage.
Each hotel also has a team of Department Managers and Heads which can involve managing a large department with up to 50 staff. If you are interested in managing a hotel but need more experience it may be beneficial to compete a season as a head of department first and gain some valuable experience.
