Bar Manager

Positions filled for Summer 2008 however we are looking for a Head Bar Person- see below.

This position is based in our resort of San Lucianu in Corsica, France and involves running 2 hotel bars (beach and lounge bar) and managing a Head Bar person and team of bar staff.

This challenging role involves all aspects of bar management, cash and stock control, bar presentation, marketing and staff management. Participating in evening entertainments and regular Duty Manager shifts.

You will be able to take advantage of the varied hotel facilities including watersports, tennis, swimming pools and beach as well as being provided with:

The successful applicant will be able to show a passion for bar management and must have a considerable amount of bar management experience. You will have a proven track record of managing bars and successfully managing a team of staff. Experience in a similar role in the travel industry would be advantageous.

Head Bar

IMMEDIATE VACANCY IN PORTUGAL !!

This is a new role that has been created in our resort in Portugal to take over the running of our two small bars in resort and team of bar staff. The bars are open between 9am and 1am and are located next to the hotel pool and restaurant, and welcome hotel guests as well as the general public.

You will have bar strong bar management/supervisory skills, and be very flexible and adaptable to a different working environment. This is an excellent opportunity to spend the summer in a beautiful location with plenty of activities and watersports at your disposal.
