Customer Services Officer
Ensuring the Customer Service desk provides all aspects of guest services to ensure all our guests have an enjoyable holiday. It is a very varied role where you will really put your customer service skills into practise; no one day is the same!
Duties include:
- Dealing with all guest enquiries, feedback, problems and complaints
- Providing hotel and local information and organising excursions
- Arranging car hire, booking restaurants and taxis
- Assisting in the organisation of airport transfers and airport duties
- General reception and administration duties
- Involvement in evening entertainments and Maitre'd duties
We are looking for people who are passionate about customer service and it is therefore essential that you have some previous customer service experience in the travel industry. You must be very professional with excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills. A good standard of spoken and written French or Italian is required to work in our resorts in Corsica or Sardinia.
We also recruit Accountants/Customer Service Officers for our resorts in Egypt, requirements as above plus some Accounting experience and/or qualification.
Resort Administrator- French Alps- role now filled for Summer 2008
We have a fantastic role available for the summer. and possibly ongoing, for a Fluent French speaker to run our administration office in Val d'Isere. This is an ideal role if you are highly organised and looking to use your language skills every day. Based in our central office in Val d'Isere, you will work independantly, deal with various suppliers, administration tasks and looking after the summer rental of our hotels. It is a very varied role which offers the chance to spend some time in the stunning mountain environment as well as the opportunity to work using your own initiative, reporting in to our Head Office in London.
You will need to demonstrate excellent organisational skills, independancy, be highly efficient with Fluent French and preferably some German or Italian. You will have plenty of work experience and ideally a knowledge of ski resorts.
