Waiting Staff

Opportunities are available on the stunning Island of Corsica and the beautiful Algarve in Portugal this summer. You can apply any time as positions come up throughout the summer therefore we are always looking for staff. Please note you must be able to work until the end of the season which is beginning of October or November. 

The role

• Accountable for all general waiting and cleaning duties within the restaurant area, in conjunction with the Mark Warner standards
• Working on a rolling rota basis to cover breakfast, lunch and evening meals. Plenty of opportunity to take advantage of the hotel activities.
• Liasing with the kitchen brigade, and dealing with any specific dietary requests
• Ensuring the Health and Safety within the restaurant area at all times
• Assisting in evening entertainments, and any other duties within the hotel as/when required

Requirements

Restaurant and customer service skills essential. Silver service experience would be advantageous.
