Mark Warner provide market leading childcare in our resorts. We strongly believe that the excellent childcare that you provide plays an integral part in that.
The job of a Mark Warner nanny is a responsible, demanding yet very rewarding one full of fun!. Working within a team of experienced childcarers you will be based in one of Mark Warners Winter Chalets located high up in the stunning surroundings of the French Alps or Austrian Mountains.
Mark Warner is renowned for providing hassle free family holidays and take children aged between 4 months to 12 years. Each group of children is split up into separate childcare clubs.
Our nannies look after the children of the families staying in the hotel. Each nanny is allocated a group of children from one age group and has sole charge of those children for the duration of their holiday. Each day involves a mixture of indoor and outdoor activities, ranging from story telling in the creche to snowman building, taking the children up the mountain on hot chocolate trips and of course taking the children to Ski School. Whatever age group you are with, there will be plenty of time for you to enjoy the slopes!
Requirements
- Cache Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education (DCE)
- NNEB Diploma in Nursery Nursing
- NVQ Level 3 Early Years Care and Education
- CACHE Level 3 Certificate in Professional Development in work with children and young people
- Or equivalent
or
- CACHE Level 2 Certificate in Childcare and Education (CCE)
- CACHE Level 2 Certificate in Pre School Practice (CCP)
- CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Playwork (DPW)
- CACHE LEvel 3 Certificate in Childminding Practice (CCP)
- NVQ Level 2 in Early Years Care and Education
- NVQ Level 3 Playwork
- NVQ Level 3 Caring for Children and Young Children (CCYP)
- Or equivalent
or
- Demonstrating good childcare knowledge with a minimum of 2 years full time experience in a wide range of environments
You will also need to be an extremely motivated, friendly and devoted nanny with a lot of fun and energy to put in to ensuring the children have a wonderful holiday!
Interview Process
Once you have completed an application form, you will receive a phone call or email from our Childcare Recruitment team. If selected for an interview, this will be at our office in London.
