Head Nanny
Working as a Head Nanny in resort, you will be fully responsible for a childcare team of between 6-15 Nannies; each will have a varied level of experience. It is therefore integral that as Head Nanny you are able to recognise different levels of ability and effectively motivate, mentor and really bring the team together.
As a Head Nanny you will have an excellent understanding of the dynamics of childcare and possess plenty of senior level nursery experience. During the season you would be responsible for overseeing all areas of the childcare department.
This will range from ensuring that all policies and procedures are being correctly followed and carried out, including Health and Safety and Food and Hygiene. You will also have a good understanding of the importance of providing a constant high level of Customer Service throughout the season to all Mark Warner guests.
Other responsibilities will include planning weekly rotas, guest welcome speeches, weekly activity planning, report writing, staff appraisals and of course taking full advantage of the fabulous Mark Warner benefits!!!, which include: -

To be considered as a Head Nanny you must be able to display a high level of supervisory knowledge and excellent organisational skills.
