Hotel Manager

As a Manager or Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of running one of our chalet hotels. This includes managing a team of 20 to 40 staff to effectively operate the hotel and maintain all Mark Warner standards, ensuring that the hotel meets health, hygiene and safety standards whilst achieving budget and maximising profitability. You will be responsible for ongoing staff training, management and motivation, supported by Head of Department throughout the hotel.

Ideally you will have extensive experience in the hotel, leisure or service industry including a management position. A commitment to providing outstanding customer service, strong leadership skills and commercial awareness is essential. Experience of living and working overseas is advantageous as are foreign languages.

We can offer you progression from season to season across our winter ski, summer and winter sun destinations.

Interviews for Winter 2008: Being held in London followed by an assessment day in London.
