Customer Service Officer- French, Italian, German speakers
An excellent opportunity to develop your language and customer service skills in this varied front of house role.
Working within a chalet hotel, duties include:
- All aspects of guest relations and front of house duties
- Dealing with guest's requests
- Translating
- Providing local information
- Dealing with maintenance and housekpeeing requests
- Answering hotel phone and administration
- Booking restaurants and taxis and liaising with suppliers.

Previous customer service experience, professional with excellent interpersonal, listening and communicative skills. A very good standard of French, German or Italian is essential for all roles.

Resort Administrator- Central Office- French speakers POSITION FILLED RESERVE APPLICATIONS ONLY
We have a fantastic role available for the winter (and possibly ongoing) for a Fluent French speaker (& preferably German) to run our administration department in Val d'Isere. This is an ideal role if you are highly organised and looking to use your languages every day. Based in our central office you will liase with all of our Alpine hotels, this varied and busy role includes:
-Liaising with all of our Alpine hotels to collate paperwork to submit to Head Office
-Assisting with organisation of pre-season training
-Providing information regarding ski suppliers for brochure
-Providing a translation service to hotel managers
-A wide variety of administration tasks
-Running the central office including stationary and maintenance requirements
-Liaising with local suppliers, local authorities, ski schools, tourist office etc
-Organising staff accommodation and uniform
-Assisting with weekly airport transfers
The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, be highly efficient with lots of initiative as well as Fluent French/German. You will have plenty of administration experience and preferably a knowledge of ski resorts.
